I am an Indian Post Graduate in Management from a good B-School, Ive been working in my Family Business for the past 5 Years because of my fathers insistence, now that he insists no more , i am open to go ahead with my career and informed my friends of my decision. One of my friends dad informed me that he has an opportunity in Abudhabi as a Operations Manager in an A/C Duct Manufacturing Plant and he said that the CEO is his pal and he is currently paying around 8000dh for that post. He offered that post to me and he also told me that after three months time i can sit for an appraisal with the CEO and discuss and finalize the compensation(includes profit sharing after three months).From whatever research i did on the net , i understood that home rentals are exorbitant and now i doubt whether i can manage with that amount.
